Terms and conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of Republishing. By using the service you fully accept the following. Republishing is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the platforms you can connect.
1. Description of the service
Republishing allows creators and content operators to import videos from sources authorized by the user and to publish them, subject to configuration, to connected platforms via their official APIs. The service adds repurposing features, workflow automation and multi-platform publishing beyond the direct use of a single platform. The service is intended for a general user audience, not for limited private or internal use. The service does not guarantee approval, visibility or permanence of content on third-party platforms.
2. Account requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You must own the rights to the content you publish, or have authorization to publish it.
- You are responsible for the security of your Republishing account credentials.
3. Permitted use
- Publish only original content or content you hold rights to, in compliance with the policies and guidelines of each connected platform.
- Do not use the service to automatically copy or republish third-party content without title or authorization.
- Do not use the service to circumvent restrictions imposed by connected platforms (visibility, account restrictions, content policies).
- Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, copyright infringement or impersonation.
- Do not bypass technical API limits (rate limits, audits, sandboxes) nor share OAuth tokens, client secrets or credentials with third parties.
- Use the service's features only for the purposes for which the user has granted the required authorizations.
4. Third-party integrations
By connecting one or more third-party platforms, you also accept their respective terms of service, developer policies, community guidelines and API provider terms of use. Using features that rely on a platform's API implies acceptance of that platform's terms. You can revoke access at any time from Republishing's settings or from the permissions panel of the connected account's provider. We are not responsible for interruptions, API changes, feature limitations or suspensions imposed by third parties.
5. Publishing, consent and user control
Before any publication or synchronization to a connected platform, the user must explicitly confirm the operation in the service interface. Where applicable, Republishing shows a preview of the content, the destination account, editable metadata (title, visibility, interactions) and any disclosures required by the platform. No content is sent to the platform's APIs without a voluntary action by the user. Processing and visibility of the post on the destination platform may take a few minutes.
6. Commercial content and disclosures
The user must declare that published content complies with the community guidelines and policies of the destination platform. The user must correctly label promotional, sponsored or branded content according to the destination platform's rules. Republishing provides UI controls for required disclosures and declarations where applicable; the user remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such declarations.
7. Watermarks, overlays and content modifications
Modifications to content (trimming, overlays, watermarks, text) must comply with the destination platform's guidelines. You may not add watermarks, promotional logos, links or branding not authorized by the platform to the file sent to its APIs, except for features explicitly permitted by the provider. You may not remove copyright protection mechanisms or watermarks from the source platform without the rights holder's consent. The user is responsible for configuring the workflow in compliance with each destination's requirements.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, renewals and refunds are governed by the commercial offer in effect at the time of purchase. We may change prices with advance notice for subsequent renewals.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss of views, shadowbanning, content removal or indirect damages arising from the use of third-party platforms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts in case of a breach of these Terms or a request from the authorities. The user may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of their data (see Data Deletion and the Privacy Policy).
11. Governing law and contact
The service is operated by USE YOUR BRAIN DI D.M.D. — VIA LIGURIA 31/B - 86100 - CAMPOBASSO (CB).
Italian law applies. Exclusive competent court: Campobasso Court.
