Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data and of the authorizations granted to connected platforms at any time. These instructions are publicly accessible and describe how to submit the request, as required by the policies of the integrated platforms.

1. Deleting your Republishing account

  1. Sign in to Republishing → Account settings (in production) or write to info@republishing.it from your registered email.
  2. Request "Account and associated data deletion".
  3. We will confirm the deletion from the database and scheduled backups within 30 days.

2. Revoking access to connected platforms

  1. From Republishing → Connections → select the platform → Disconnect.
  2. Alternatively, revoke Republishing's access from the permissions, security or "Authorized apps" / "Apps and websites" panel of the connected account's provider (the exact path varies by provider and app version).
  3. Google accounts (YouTube and Google Drive): revoke Republishing's access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; for Drive folders shared with Republishing's service account, remove the share.

Revoking OAuth access prevents new synchronizations and publications; data already processed may be retained for legal obligations or limited logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

Send an email to info@republishing.it with the subject "Data deletion request" including: your Republishing account email, the list of connected platforms (if applicable) and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days.
